By accessing and using the KBIHER website (kbiher.in), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. KBIHER reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time without prior notice. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.

3. Admission Policy

  • Admission to all programs is based on merit (10+2 marks) subject to availability of seats.
  • KBIHER reserves the right to cancel or modify admission offers if documents are found to be fraudulent or incorrect.
  • Seat confirmation requires payment of the full admission fee by the stipulated deadline.
  • All admissions are subject to affiliation approval from WBUHS.

4. Fee Policy

  • Fees paid are generally non-refundable except as per WBUHS and regulatory guidelines.
  • KBIHER reserves the right to revise fees annually as per regulatory norms.
  • Students failing to pay fees within the due date may lose their seat.

5. Code of Conduct

Students enrolled at KBIHER are expected to:

  • Maintain 75% minimum attendance as per WBUHS norms
  • Adhere to institutional rules and regulations
  • Treat faculty, staff, and fellow students with respect
  • Not engage in any form of ragging, which is strictly prohibited and punishable

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of KBIHER and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal.
