Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Professor to join our BMLT department. The candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting lab sessions, and mentoring students in all aspects of Medical Laboratory Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for BMLT students
- Prepare course materials, assignments, and examination papers
- Supervise student laboratory work and research projects
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic committees
- Contribute to research publications and institutional growth
Requirements & Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years teaching or relevant clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of pathology, haematology, microbiology, and biochemistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in lab instrumentation and modern diagnostic methods
